As a general guide, one week in peak summer season is often similar in cost to a full month in winter, with heating as an additional consideration. I always explain this clearly so people can budget realistically.

Our gîtes are properly insulated, heated, and set up for off-season living. You’re not just passing through — you’re settling in temporarily.

Relocating affects everyone — including pets.
We accept dogs in selected gîtes and many guests choose long-stays specifically so their pets can be with them during the process. It keeps routines familiar and reduces stress for everyone.
