La Ferme Gite

Through the double glazed doorway, is a bright entrance hallway with an additional downstairs toilet and wooden staircase to the first floor.

Upstairs, there are three light, airy and spacious bedrooms as well as a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Bedroom one is a master double with bedside tables, chest of drawers with mirror and large cupboard with a hanging rail. 

Bedroom two has a double bed with a bedside table, a hanging wardrobe space, chest of drawers, and mirror. There is also a full length mirror situated on the upstairs landing.

Bedroom three has bunkbeds and a wardrobe with shelf space. 

All  the bedroom windows have window locks which allow the window to open slightly. The key is at your disposal. We also provide fans in each bedroom.

The lounge has traditional exposed Charentais stone walls, beams and a magnificent open fireplace. There are two comfortable settees seating three and two plus a tub chair.

The double glazed doors open onto the large, private, secure courtyard area with patio dining set for six with parasol and stone barbecue. Sunloungers are available on request.

The well-equipped kitchen has a dining table and plenty of cutlery and crockery for six people including cool box, ice packs and beach parasol. Please ask if you need a picnic rug or picnic boxes.

For your convenience there is an airer, pegs, iron, ironing water and board.

Extra mops and a vacuum cleaner along with toys, books, board and field games can be found in our laundry area.

Please ask if you would like to use any of our baby and child equipment – we will do our best to reserve it for you.

There is plenty of parking space for two vehicles at the front of the property.

This house has central heating and a cast iron gas heater for winter stays. We provide extra bedding, throws and hot water bottles.

For Christmas stays, the farmhouse is traditionally decorated. A stay at La Ferme Gite over Christmas is truly magical.
