We have great cycling routes in the Charente. The Boucle 33 in Aigre  is right on our doorstep! 

In 2019, the Tour de Charente passed our front gate – it was amazing to see!

The 2017 Tour de Poitou Charentes also passed really close to our house at La Maison Bleue. It was great to see all the supporters picnicking at the roadside (in true French style with tablecloths and chairs) – the atmosphere had a real buzz!

Martin is a keen cyclist and likes his triathlons. He is currently exploring routes for families and for those who would like a bit more of a challenge!
